Violet Noise is more than just a name; it’s a concept built entirely on the beauty of contrasts. It’s the quiet, cinematic melancholy of atmospheric indie ("Violet") crashing head-first into the unapologetic, raw energy of alternative rock ("Noise").
I want to be completely transparent with you from day one: there is no physical band behind the microphone. Violet Noise is an artistic experiment powered entirely by AI. But while the voice might be digital, the vision, the aesthetic, and the deep human emotions behind every lyric are absolutely real. This project explores how we can use AI as an instrument to translate our inner worlds into a cohesive musical universe.
In this blog, I’ll be taking you behind the scenes. I’ll share the stories behind the lyrics, explore our visual aesthetics, and document the journey of building a digital artist from scratch.
Our debut single, "Painting in the Margins", is coming very soon. It’s a song about finding light in the darkest places and having the terrifying courage to simply be here.
